Who We Are
Young Guns Garage is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting the growth of young people through hands-on work, real connection, and the freedom to be themselves. By working side-by-side on projects with volunteer mentors youth have the opportunity to learn practical skills while growing in a supportive community.
How It All Started
Young Guns Garage was founded in 2019 as an after school program at the Guildford Park Secondary school. Many schools like Guildford Park have had high demand from students for a mechanics program, but not enough shop teachers to run them. More than 20 Guildford Park Students showed up to Young Guns Garage on the first day.

During the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 many school programs, including Young Guns, had to shut down. In response to this a generous donor opened up their private shop space, and Young Guns was able to continue. From there it has only continued to grow, and in 2021 Young Guns moved into it's current location, a shop space dedicated solely to its program, located in Clayton Heights.

At this location we continue to work on some amazing projects, like our 240SX drift car, our go-karts, and any of our youths own projects that they are passionate about.
